In this minimum 14 day K-9 Off Leash Board & Train Program, your dog will receive the following training:
1.) Voice Commands (in foreign language, if requested) - Respond to “Voice” commands (beside English, if you wish, we can train your dog in German, Dutch, French, Czech or . . . ?)
2.) Focused Attention - Demonstrate that he gives automatic focused attention by looking calmly up into the face of the handler.
3.) Snap Sit - Accomplish a very snappy "Sit", with an automatic focused attention and an automatic stay in the sit position until released.
4.) Quick Down - Show he will do a consistent and quick “Down”.
with an automatic stay in the down position until released.
5.) Place - Show him going to a designated spot and staying on place until released.
6.) Solid Stay - Demonstrate his settling into a real solid, automatic stay with the "Sit", "Down" and "Place" commands for several minutes in each position.
7.) Release Command - Show he will do that solid stay until the release command "Okay" is given.
8.) Reliable Recall - Demonstrate the "Here" command showing his Recall (Come) by him coming quickly and ending with a "Sit" with an automatic focused attention right in front of handler.
9.) No Pulling On Leash - For casually walking a dog, "Flexi-Heeling" works much better for the average owner with a pet dog, than does “competition-style heeling”. Demonstrate the dog walking casually out front on a loose lead and show it by using the “Easy” command, said with a deep voice and immediately following up with “Good”, upon his compliance. Also show that etablished the Flexi-Heeling at different distances from the handler with turns, about turns, as well as, with changes of pace from normal, to fast, to slow and back to normal.
10.) Walk Past Other Dogs - Show, with the "Easy" command, that the dog, while walking on-leash, can walk by other dogs and ignore them.
11.) Crate Trained - Show that the dog has learned to love his "Special Spot" (his crate), like a kid loves a tree house, by pointing and using the "Place" command.
12.) Polite Greeting - Use the "Off" command to demonstrate a Polite Greeting on-leash with the dog not bothering or jumping up when meeting people.
13.) Polite Door Manors - With the "Easy" command, demonstrate that the dog will sit and wait when going through a door or a gate.
14.) Polite Table Etiquette - With the "Easy" command, demonstrate that the dog will sit and wait till commanded to eat.
15.) Basic Position at Handler's Left Side - Show that the dog will go to the "Basic Position" on the left side of the handler on command.
16.) Heeling By Your Side - Heeling is especially useful in crowded situations. Demonstrate the dog walking by the handler's left side with right turns, left turns, about turns and a sit at halt.
17.) Change of Pace While Heeling - Show changes of pace, from normal, to fast, to slow, and back to normal.
18.) No Jumping Up - Show that the dog has learned the "Off" command and does not jump up on people or things.
19.) Distractions - Work these exercises while under heavy distractions.
20.) A Professional "Invisible Leash" Remote Training Collar - Is included along with several other helpful equipment items. These included equipment items have a value of over $300.
21.) Two Hour Graduation Program - When our training has been completed there will be a 2 hour Graduation Program to catch you up with what your dog now knows and all the commands and how to handle him.
